A-Block, the Government Quarter
Jotne Ankers is delivering railings for the A-Block in the new Government Quarter.
HENT has been awarded the contract to construct the A-Block in the new Government Quarter in Oslo, and Jotne Ankers is proud to be part of the team.
A-Block is a new building covering 17,300 square meters over 11 floors and will be a central element in the Government Quarter. The building will house one of the two main entrances to the complex and feature an impressive, tall atrium designed to serve as a natural meeting place. In addition to modern office spaces for the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries and the Ministry of Climate and Environment, the building will include a public café, press and conference center, auditorium, and representative areas.
For this prestigious project, Jotne Ankers will deliver baluster railings for the main staircase, baluster railings for secondary staircases, as well as various wall-mounted handrails. We look forward to contributing functional and aesthetically pleasing railing solutions to one of Norway’s most significant construction projects.
