Norway's most innovative and forward-looking housing project is being built in Fredrikstad, and has been named Verksbyen.

The homes are delivered with Arca Nova's Future Living concept. The entire project is a unique collaboration between Arca Nova and suppliers who set the conditions for future housing construction in Norway.

The housing project Capjon Park, which is part of Verksbyen, consists of 134 apartments and was completed in autumn 2021.
