On the site of the former Moss Ironworks, Höegh Eiendom has developed Verket, a new and vibrant district that combines housing, business, retail, and culture. The modern district has quickly become an attractive center in Moss.

As a key part of the urban development, Höegh Eiendom has also constructed a new large hotel with 172 rooms spread over 11 floors. The hotel features a restaurant, spa facilities, and conference rooms, and is specially designed for the meeting and conference market. It can also be used in collaboration with Verket Scene, located right next door.

The construction work was carried out by Ø M Fjeld, and the hotel was completed in spring 2023.
