Helse Stavanger HF is building a new university hospital at Ullandhaug, scheduled to open in autumn 2025. The new facility will eventually replace the current hospital in Stavanger and will provide modern health and care services to the population of Rogaland, featuring advanced medical equipment and future-oriented facilities.

Jotne Ankers is proud to have delivered all metalwork for the new hospital. Our main contribution has been a variety of steel staircases, both interior and exterior, along with a number of other custom-designed steel structures.

Our delivery has included:

- Main internal staircase

- Balustrades in concrete staircases

- Industrial spiral staircases and straight-run staircases

- Walkways and platforms

- Railings and handrails (over 3,000 meters)

- Loading dock

- Grating panels

- Crane runway

- Ladders

- Bollards

- Fall protection systems

In total, 40 staircases, 900 meters of railings, and 3,000 meters of handrails have been delivered. Altogether, the complete metalworks comprise 300 tonnes of steel.
