Stjørdal municipality has built a new water treatment plant at Hjelset.

The old facility could no longer meet the requirements for capacity, stability, and flexibility needed to serve as the municipality’s main water supply. The new water treatment plant supplies the areas of Hjelset, Kleive, Skåla, and Sekken. The water treated is sourced from Kloppavatnet, a clean mountain lake.

Jotne Ankers has provided a complete solution for the project, from tender and engineering in collaboration with the client to detailed engineering, fabrication, and installation.
This includes fabrication and installation of pipes, supports, stairs, walkways, and tanks.
