Jotne Ankers supplies components for the construction of Fornebubanen’s new metro stations.
In July 2024, Fornebubanen signed a contract with HENT AS to build two new metro stations, Fornebuporten and Flytårnet. The project includes the construction of both stations along the Fornebu route, covering concrete and platform work, access buildings, as well as the installation of technical solutions such as escalators, elevators, and technical rooms.
Work began in September 2024, and the stations are scheduled for completion in 2027.
Jotne Ankers will deliver a range of products for the project, including straight staircases, walkways, ladders, various types of balustrades, glass railings, industrial railings, wall-mounted handrails, and gates. We are proud to contribute safe and functional solutions to this important public transport project in the Oslo region.
