Fyrstikkbakken 14, Oslo
The AF group has entered into an agreement with Fyrstikkbakken 14 AS to build the first commercial housing project in solid wood. The housing project is part of the FutureBuilt program, which aims for a 50% reduction in greenhouse gases. Fyrstikkbakken 14 AS is owned 50/50 by Birk & Co AS and AF Eiendom.
Fyrstikkbakken 14 consists of 163 apartments in 4 blocks of flats with an underlying parking basement and associated green areas with a connection to the immediate area.
The project will be completed in the autumn of 2023.
For this project, Jotne Ankers will supply 4 curved steel stairs.
