German School of Oslo

Seltor has signed a contract with Myren Eiendom AS and the German-Norwegian School in connection with construction stage 2, which includes rehabilitation and new construction.

Construction stage 2 consists of 3,250 square meters of rehabilitation and 1,350 square meters of new construction. The rehabilitation part runs over two levels and a lower floor under parts of the building.

The new building spans two levels with a technical room on the roof. In total, the nursery school and school must be able to house approx. 500 children and young people.

Seltor was also the general contractor on construction stage 1, which was completed in 2021.

For this project, Jotne Ankers will supply high railings with netting for roof terraces, railings in concrete stairs, spiral stairs and various handrails on the wall.
