Hotel at Verket brygge in Moss
On the site of the old Moss Jernverk, Höegh Eiendom is developing a new and vibrant district, which has been named Verket. The new district will be an attractive center in Moss with housing, trade and business.
As the next step in the development of the Verket urban development project, Höegh Eiendom has decided to start building a new large hotel in Moss.
The hotel will consist of 175 rooms spread over 11 floors, a restaurant, conference facilities and a spa department. Norwegian Hospitality Group, which, among other things, is behind Son spa and Farris bad, will lease and operate the hotel. The hotel will also be built for courses and the conference market, where larger events can be held in collaboration with Verket Scene, which has already been established right next door.
The construction work is being carried out by Ø.M Fjeld, and will be completed in the spring of 2023.
For this project, Jotne Ankers will supply
balustrades and handrails in concrete stairs, balusters with doors in concrete stairs, balustrades on balconies, curved steel stairs and French balconies.
