Innseilingen – Construction Phase 2 Underway
Construction of Phase 2 of Innseilingen at Værste in Fredrikstad is now underway. The phase is scheduled for completion in September 2027. The project is part of the extensive development of the Værste area, where the former Fredrikstad Mechanical Workshop is being transformed into a new and modern urban district.
Innseilingen consists of a total of four construction phases and will comprise approximately 300 apartments when completed. Ove Skår AS is the contractor, while the developer is Glombo Brygge AS, owned by Værste Syd, Stene Stål Holding AS and Solid Eiendom AS.
Jotne Ankers is part of the project and is supplying vertical bar railings for the balconies. For the interior concrete staircases, we are supplying slatted wall panels with handrails, both around the stairwell opening and along the walls.
We are proud to contribute our solutions to the development of Innseilingen and the new urban district at Værste.
