Bodor P6 12 kw - Sheet metal laser cutter
The Bodor P6 12 kW plate laser is a powerful and precise machine developed for modern metal fabrication. Safan Darley M-Shear - Sheet Metal Shear
The SafanDarley M-Shear 310-16 is a CNC-controlled sheet metal shear that delivers precise and efficient cutting of metal sheets. It combines high performance with hybrid technology, ensuring energy-efficient operation, low noise levels, and consistent quality even during demanding tasks.
We use this machine because it provides fast and accurate cuts with consistent quality while reducing the need for secondary finishing work, increasing overall production efficiency.

Costa MD5 CVV - Deburring Machine
The Costa MD5 CVV is used to ensure high precision and consistent quality in all our metal processing operations. CMS Smartline 2060 - Waterjet Cutter
The CMS Smartline 2060 enables us to cut a wide range of metals, including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, and several other materials.
Waterjet cutting is performed using a high-pressure water jet, often combined with abrasive material, ensuring highly precise cuts without heat generation. This cold-cutting process produces clean cuts without deformation, burn marks, or hardened edges, significantly reducing the need for secondary finishing work.
