We are a modern and flexible workshop company with high capacity in sheet metal and metal processing. We manage the entire process from raw materials to finished components, with a focus on efficient production, precision, and reliable delivery.

Bodor P6 12 kw - Sheet metal laser cutter

The Bodor P6 12 kW plate laser is a powerful and precise machine developed for modern metal fabrication. In our production, it serves as a key part of the manufacturing process, combining high cutting speed with stable performance to ensure efficient operation and consistent quality across all projects.

Safan Darley M-Shear - Sheet Metal Shear

The SafanDarley M-Shear 310-16 is a CNC-controlled sheet metal shear that delivers precise and efficient cutting of metal sheets. It combines high performance with hybrid technology, ensuring energy-efficient operation, low noise levels, and consistent quality even during demanding tasks.

We use this machine because it provides fast and accurate cuts with consistent quality while reducing the need for secondary finishing work, increasing overall production efficiency.

The machine is easy to operate via a touchscreen interface, and automatic functions such as adjustment of cutting angle, blade clearance, and back gauge contribute to high precision. It is used for preparing sheets for further processing such as bending, welding, and forming.

Costa MD5 CVV - Deburring Machine

The Costa MD5 CVV is used to ensure high precision and consistent quality in all our metal processing operations. Picot RH4 170-20 - Plate Rolling Machine

CMS Smartline 2060 - Waterjet Cutter

The CMS Smartline 2060 enables us to cut a wide range of metals, including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, and several other materials.

Waterjet cutting is performed using a high-pressure water jet, often combined with abrasive material, ensuring highly precise cuts without heat generation. This cold-cutting process produces clean cuts without deformation, burn marks, or hardened edges, significantly reducing the need for secondary finishing work.
