New Office Building at Værste in Fredrikstad
Betonmast Østfold has entered into an agreement with Værste AS for the construction of a new office building at Værste in Fredrikstad. The project includes a modern office building of 6,100 square meters, along with a 1,100 square meter parking garage, and is scheduled for completion in September 2026. In addition to office space, the building will accommodate commercial premises and public-facing businesses at street level.
Jotne Ankers is proud to contribute to the project through the supply and installation of several key steel and railing solutions. Our contract includes handrails for both internal timber staircases and external concrete staircases, painted guardrails along slab edges, a straight-flight steel staircase with associated painted railings, as well as various structural steel components.
The project represents an important contribution to the continued development of the Værste area, and we look forward to delivering solid and functional solutions that ensure safety, quality, and aesthetics.
