At Verket in Moss, Höegh Eiendom AS has developed Ankers Hus, a modern commercial building covering approximately 10,000 square meters across eight floors. The building is named after the Anker family, who owned Moss Jernverk in the 18th century.

Veidekke was the contractor for the project, which was completed in January 2019.

Jotne Ankers delivered the following for the project:

- Glass railings on the rooftop terrace

- Railings in concrete stairwells

- Railings in steel staircases

- Perimeter railings
