AF Gruppen has built student dormitories in Fredrikstad for Studentskipnaden in Østfold.

The project has consisted of the demolition of existing dormitories and the construction of four new blocks with a total of 230 new student housing in solid wood. The building has a building area of ​​approx. 6,900 square meters, and was completed in the autumn of 2020.
