AF Gruppen has built student housing in Fredrikstad for the Student Welfare Organization in Østfold.

The project involved demolishing the existing dormitory and constructing four new buildings with a total of 230 student apartments made of cross-laminated timber. The building has a total area of approximately 6,900 square meters and was completed in autumn 2020.

- Railings on mezzanines

- Screening walls
