The chocolate factory on Grünerløkka is not just any other residential building. For almost a hundred years, the factory was an important workplace on Rodeløkka, the toffee Smørbukk was launched here in 1935, and Gullbrød was born under the same roof just after the war.

Cultural monuments have now been combined with brand new and modern architecture, and the transformation from chocolate adventure to dream home is now complete.

Bundebygg has been the contractor for this project, which was completed in November 2014.
