Energibygget is a modern office building located in the heart of Union Brygge in Drammen. Completed in 2017, the project was developed in collaboration with Union Eiendomsutvikling, LOF Arkitekter, Strøm Gundersen, and KREO. The building comprises seven floors plus an underground parking level, with a total area of approximately 10,600 square meters.

The building was constructed in line with EB's (Energi og Miljø) value platform, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and environmental responsibility. Solar panels cover the south- and west-facing facades, contributing to energy efficiency and a forward-looking environmental profile.

For this project, Jotne Ankers delivered and installed the main staircase in the building's entrance hall. The staircase spans all seven floors and is elegantly clad in wood. It is designed with equal focus on functionality and aesthetics, serving as a central architectural feature within the building.
