Ø.M Fjeld was engaged by KB Gruppen Eiendom as the main contractor for Haugekvartalet, which was completed in the autumn of 2021.

The project, located in the center of Kongsvinger, consists of three new buildings containing commercial premises, offices, residential units, and an underground parking garage. The buildings are constructed among the older, protected houses in the area.

For this project, Jotne Ankers has delivered:

- Railings in emergency staircases

- Interior stair railings in buildings 1, 2, and 3

- Railings on the accessible ramp

- Internal stairs with edge protection railings

- Spiral staircase

- Railings on roof terraces, buildings 1, 2, and 3

- Railings on balconies, building 2

- Partition walls on balconies

- Railings at street level facing Rådhusgata and Fjellgata

- Handrails and railings on ramps, stairs, and entrances
