On the site of Moss Jernverk, Höegh Eiendom has developed a new and vibrant district which has been named Verket. The new district has become an attractive center in Moss with housing, trade and commercial activities.

As part of the urban development at Verket, Höegh Eiendom has also built a large new hotel.

The hotel consists of 172 rooms spread over 11 floors, a restaurant, conference facilities and a spa department. The hotel is also built for courses and the conference market, where larger events can be held in collaboration with Verket Scene, which is already established right next door.

The construction work was carried out by Ø.M Fjeld, and was completed in the spring of 2023.
