At the top of the Metro shopping center, the development company Lørenskog Sentrum Bolig AS has built Metro Boligsameie.

The housing estate consists of 245 housing sections and a business section. There is a shopping center on the ground floor and ground floor, and housing from the 2nd to the 6th floor.

The contractor for this project has been Agathon Borgen AS, and the project was completed in 2015.
