In 1992, cable manufacturer Nexans built a 100 meter tall tower in Halden, used for the production and testing of high voltage cables. In 2010, the tower was extended by an additional 20 meters, becoming Norway’s tallest building with a total height of 120 meters.

In 2023, Nexans took another leap forward and set a new record. A brand new tower measuring 155 meters was completed, making it the tallest building on the Norwegian mainland. This new tower is also part of the company’s advanced power cable production.

As a subcontractor on the project, Jotne Ankers delivered a wide range of custom steel structures and components.

- Railings in various finishes: Painted, hot-dip galvanized, stainless/acid-resistant steel, galvanized/painted
