Watrium has led the rehabilitation of Oslo Atrium in Bjørvika.
The building, originally constructed for Watrium by Veidekke 20 years ago, has now undergone an extensive upgrade. The same parties have further developed the property, adapting it to meet today’s needs and standards.

The project was completed and ready for handover in spring 2025.

Jotne Ankers’ deliveries for this project include:

- 4 interior staircases

- Glass railings around stair openings

- One curved main staircase with glass railings

- Handrails in oiled oak

- 2 straight-run staircases (interior)

- Exterior steel grate staircase on the roof

- 3 straight-run staircases (exterior)

- Walkways on the roof
