Watrium has rehabilitated Oslo Atrium in Bjørvika.

Oslo Atrium was built 20 years ago for Watrium by Veidekke, and it is the same players who have now carried out upgrades that have adapted the building to the current situation and have further developed the property.

The project was ready for takeover in spring 2025.

- A curved main staircase with glass railings

- Hand rail in oiled oak

- 2 pieces straight stairs

- External lattice staircase on roof

- 3 pieces straight stairs
