Strøm Gundersen AS has constructed the new office building Portalen for the client Union Eiendomsutvikling AS.

The building covers 7,720 square meters spread over seven office floors plus a basement, and was completed in May 2021.

Jotne Ankers has delivered the following for the project:

- Interior straight stair (main staircase) in steel

- Interior spiral staircase in steel

- Internal spiral staircase with frameless glass railing

- Exterior straight staircase (emergency staircase) in steel
