At the top of Sæter square, Fagerstad Neptun Properties has built Sæter Hage.

Ove Skår As has been engaged as a contractor for the housing project which consists of 54 apartments spread over 6 buildings. The homes are located like a "lid" above shops and have a large communal sunny garden. In addition to the commercial part on the ground floor, the project consists of garage facilities and beautiful common areas.

The commercial part of the project was completed in November 2016 and in the winter of 2017, the apartments were ready for takeover.
