Bolig & Eiendomsutvikling AS has given new life to the old Odlo factory at Oppegård.

The project included conversion of the existing building to 19 apartments with roof terraces, as well as construction of 2 new buildings on 5 floors with 42 apartments. In addition, the existing business area consisting of office premises has been rehabilitated.

Hersleth Entreprenør AS has been responsible for this project, which was completed in 2016.
