One of Norway's largest urban development projects was completed in the spring of 2017.

Sørenga Utvikling bought the former container port Sørengutstikkeren from Oslo Municipality and Hav Eiendom in 2007 and started the development of the area. The first spatial roof was taken a few years later, and already in the fall of 2011, the first families moved into building stage 1. Each building stage has its distinct architectural expression. During the first half of 2017, the last apartments in building stages 7 and 8 were ready to move in.

The AF Group was engaged by Sørenga Development on the construction of building stages 7 and 8 on Sørenga. The project consisted of foundation work and foundations as well as 124 apartments spread over two buildings.
