At Askerholmen, Asker Entreprenør AS has constructed a new and modern building, completed in the summer of 2022. The project is a collaboration between Asker Municipality and Kirkens Feltarbeid, and consists of the Elveplassen residential facility and Varmestua - a low-threshold service offering an open café and a social meeting place for people struggling with substance abuse.

Jotne Ankers delivered the following to the project:

- Vertical bar railings on access galleries

- Vertical bar railings on balconies

- Straight steel stairs

- Vertical bar railings at the bicycle parking area
