Rolvsrud Arena Phase 2, Lørenskog
AF Bygg Oslo is currently constructing Rolvsrud Arena, a new and modern residential project located in the heart of Lørenskog.
The development includes 289 apartments spread across five residential buildings, along with approximately 1,100 m² of commercial space at street level. A shared underground parking garage is also being built beneath the buildings.
The project is being developed in two phases, with full completion scheduled for autumn 2025.
For phase 2, Jotne Ankers is delivering four spiral staircases – two spanning six floors, and the other two extending across nine floors.
