Skarholmen og Horsøy avløpsrenseanlegg
New water treatment are being built for the drainage zone east (Skarholmen) and west (Horsøy) on Askøy, where most of the organic material is removed before emissions to Hauglandsosen. Among other things, it provides cleaner water in the lake.
The treatment plant is being built for population growth until 2050, which corresponds to 20,000 people (Skarholmen) and 15,000 people (Horsøy), including commercial activities.
The projects are to be completed in September 2024.
For these projects, Jotne Ankers will deliver design, manufacture and installation of pipes and stairs as well as installation of customer-supplied equipment.
