Ullersmo prison
Jotne Ankers contributes to the expansion of Ullersmo Prison.
Statsbygg has signed a turnkey contract with Skanska Norway to expand Ullersmo Prison by 76 new prison cells. Ullersmo, a division of Romerike Prison, is located near Kløfta outside Oslo.
As part of this expansion, a new accommodation building with a total of 96 cells will be constructed, along with a new healthcare department, classrooms, workshops, and offices for staff. The project is scheduled for completion and ready for use in March 2026.
Jotne Ankers will deliver four ventilation balconies over two floors for this project, which also include emergency escape stairs. We are proud to contribute safe and functional solutions to this important public facility.
